The VedaFusion website is provided for general informational, educational, scheduling and communication purposes.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or use website content in a way that violates applicable law.

Wellness and Educational Information

Information presented on this website is intended for general educational and wellness purposes and is not a substitute for individualized medical diagnosis, emergency care or treatment by an appropriately licensed medical professional.

VedaFusion services may complement other forms of care but do not replace medical evaluation when medical attention is appropriate.

Appointments and Services

Appointment availability, practitioner availability, service eligibility, session duration and pricing may vary by location and may change from time to time.

Certain services may be offered only by practitioners who have the appropriate training or scope for that service.

Booking an appointment does not guarantee that every service or technique is appropriate for every client. Services may be modified, postponed or declined when reasonably necessary for safety, scope of practice or professional judgment.

Location Information

VedaFusion operates in Sherman and McKinney, Texas.

Some Sherman services may be provided from a nearby private home office. When a booked service is scheduled at that location, the appropriate address and arrival details will be provided directly to the client by email and/or text.

McKinney appointments are located inside an office building on the second floor within Suite 200. Additional arrival instructions may be provided with appointment reminders, particularly for appointments occurring outside regular reception hours.

Payments, Packages and Memberships

Prices, packages, memberships and promotional offers are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Additional terms may apply to recurring memberships, packages, programs, deposits, cancellation policies or promotional pricing. Those terms will be presented where applicable before or at the time of purchase.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be subject to VedaFusion's cancellation and rescheduling policies. Any applicable fee or notice requirement communicated during booking or confirmation forms part of the terms of that appointment.

Email Communications

If you voluntarily subscribe to VedaFusion marketing emails, you may receive information about services, wellness education, events, programs, promotions and other updates.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in the message.

SMS / Text Message Terms

By voluntarily providing your mobile number and opting in to receive marketing text messages, you authorize VedaFusion to send recurring text messages to the number you provide.

Messages may include wellness information, events, appointment opportunities, promotions, new offerings and related VedaFusion communications.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from marketing text messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Transactional messages related to appointments, payments, forms or requested services may be sent separately when necessary to provide the service requested.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, branding, educational materials, program names, frameworks and original content are owned by or licensed to VedaFusion and may not be reproduced, republished, distributed or commercially used without permission.

VedaFusion is not responsible for the availability, security, privacy practices or content of websites operated by third parties.
