Care begins with learning how to see the whole person.
Lina brings years of hands-on therapeutic experience, Ayurvedic principles and sensory-based care together through one integrated approach. Rather than beginning with a predetermined technique, she begins by listening — to what you are experiencing, what your body is communicating and what may be most useful now.

After years of working with the body, I've learned that the most useful information is often already there — in tension, movement, sensation, breath, recovery patterns and the way someone responds to touch.
My role is to notice that information, understand it in relationship to the whole person and choose an appropriate response rather than forcing every body through the same treatment.
Follow the information.
What we notice becomes the starting point. What changes becomes new information.
Pain or tension may be what brings you in, but it exists within a larger body, nervous system, history and life. I keep that larger picture in view.
Deep tissue, lymphatic work, Ayurvedic care, sensory awareness or simply creating space for the system to settle can each be useful. Technique is a tool, not the starting point.
I pay attention to what changes during and between sessions. Care can stay simple, shift direction or deepen as new information emerges.
More than sixteen years of hands-on work has taught me that bodies rarely present as neatly as textbooks suggest.
A painful shoulder may change when we work somewhere else. Recovery may require both skilled treatment and patience. The same technique can feel completely different from one person to the next.
My training gives me different ways to look at what is happening. Experience helps me know when to focus in, when to widen the view and when to simply listen.
Years of massage and hands-on care inform how I assess tension, movement, tissue and response.
Post-surgical and restorative work has taught me to respect timing, healing stages and the body's changing needs.
Ayurveda gives me another lens for noticing qualities, patterns and the relationship between body, mind, environment and daily life.
Sensory Tracing brings attention to what can be felt and noticed, allowing sensation itself to become useful information.
My work is informed by formal training, years of hands-on practice and continued study across massage therapy, recovery care, Ayurveda and sensory-based approaches.

Integrative work focused on sensation, pacing, awareness and the body's changing responses over time.
Sometimes the most appropriate session is focused and clinical. Sometimes it’s deeply restorative. Sometimes something unexpected asks for our attention. We don’t have to decide that before we begin.
I continue to study the relationship between bodywork, recovery, Ayurveda, sensory awareness and practitioner perception so that the way I work can keep becoming more precise, responsive and useful.
I began with massage therapy and the physical body. Over time, that work kept showing me something larger.
Technique mattered, but so did timing. So did the nervous system. So did the way a client described a sensation, the way they responded to pressure, the season of life they were in, and whether their body seemed ready for more — or simply needed rest.
Ayurveda gave me a language for many of the patterns I was already observing. Recovery work taught me to respect healing in stages and change. Years of working closely with clients taught me not to assume that one answer should remain the answer forever.
VedaFusion developed from bringing those pieces into relationship: skilled hands-on care, sensory awareness, Ayurvedic perspective, reassessment and a willingness to follow what the body is actually communicating.
Over time, my understanding of “deep work” changed. The subtle isn’t necessarily less deep. Depth is no longer defined only by how hard I press. It’s also defined by how closely I listen.
My work did not move away from the physical body. It expanded around it. Sometimes the most appropriate work is structural and specific. Sometimes it is quiet, sensory and restorative. What matters is learning to perceive what is actually needed and allowing the work to respond.
